Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University

Drohobych State Pedagogical University of Ivan Franko or Drohobych University was first established as Franz Joseph I Drohobych State gymnasium in 1858, transforming into institute and later - into university. It is the alma mater of many Ukrainian artists, politicians and scientists.

Khmelnytskyi National University

Khmelnytskyi National University is the biggest higher educational institution in Podillya, which trains specialists in 40 areas and conducts educational, methodical, scientific work.The University was founded in 1962. Since that time it has transformed from general technical faculty of Ukrainian Printing Institute to Khmelnytskyi National University, which has the highest IV-th level of accreditation.

Caritas of Sambir-Drohobych Diocese

The Charitable Foundation Caritas of Sambir-Drohobych Diocese of Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church belongs to national network of Caritas Ukraine which is a part of Caritas Internationalis. This is a confederation of over 160 members who are working at the grassroots in almost every country of the world. When a crisis hits, Caritas is already on the ground. The diverse members give us our strength – from small groups of volunteers to some of the biggest global charities. Inspired by Catholic faith, Caritas is the helping hand of the Church – reaching out to the poor, vulnerable and excluded, regardless of race or religion, to build a world based on justice and fraternal love.

The aim of our neuro-rehabilitation and therapy service is to help patients remain as independent as possible by reducing the impact their long-term neurological disorder has on their everyday life. Our multi-disciplinary team of consultants, neurologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists,recreation therapist, psychologists and specialist nurses looks after people with SCI,TbI, multiple sclerosis and stroke,  amputation, endoprostetics.

Following diagnosis, they will carry out a full assessment of every patient and create a specially tailored care plan to help each individual to manage their condition and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
